Join us for free beginner Dru Yoga classes every Sunday morning at 8am in the Atrium.
Dru Yoga is a unique style of yoga that combines traditional postures with breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. It is a great way to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as reduce stress and anxiety.
Our classes are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you are welcome to join us.
Classes are free and no need to register in advance. On the day, simply sign the register (for insurance purposes).
Please note that yoga mats will not be supplied so please bring your own.
