5 week Yoga for Stress Relief Course - Siobhan was great. This isn’t the kind of yoga I’ve done before and at first I found it a bit slow, but I realised very quickly that this was exactly what I needed - to slow down, stop thinking so much, and try to relax more. Siobhan always made sure she watched what we were doing on Zoom, so that she could correct our posture and ensure we were practicising yoga safely.
